Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates RingZine. This policy explains what information the site handles.

What we collect

There are no accounts and no checkout. We do not sell personal information.

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent through FormSubmit and emailed to the site owner so we can reply. We use them only for that.

Google Analytics 4

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. The Google script does not load until you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Reject, or make no choice, Google Analytics does not load and sets no cookies. Advertising features, Google signals, and ad personalization are turned off. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie choices link in the footer. Google describes its handling of data in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that counts page views without cookies or cross site tracking. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Hosting

The site is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical logs such as IP address and browser type under the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Advertising

The site does not currently run ads. If that changes, this policy and the ad disclosure will be updated first.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Florida law

Where the Florida Information Protection Act, section 501.171, Florida Statutes, applies to personal information we hold, we follow it, including its security and breach notice duties.
